Our summer Federation Academies have now started. A big thankyou to Mrs Watson and Miss Rippon for all their hard work in organising all the different opportunities. I loved seeing the Guitar Academy, Computer Game Design Academy and the Urban Safari Academy.

I have just been looking at all the wonderful things you have all been doing with the
acadmies.
I loved the reports and photo's, good work Archie and Kelsey.
I can see that both children and staff have been working very hard and having a lot of fun.
I am looking forward to seeing you all in June.
Keep up the good work boys and girls.

The acadmies are being very enjoyed and people are hoping for thursdays to come!
I have got some very interesting facts about all the acadamies which you will soon find out. The acadmies have proved a great succsess to everyone and we all are looking forwards to a new set of exiting acadamies in the summer!!

The acadamy idea is fantastic! What a great way to get the kids out and about in their community, learning new things, in a new way. Not many schools would have the confidence or inclination to look at the curriculum in this different way and encourage the children to direct their own learning. Well done to Andy, Vicky, Ellen and all the staff that have put in so much effort to make it happen. Can't wait for the presentation evening.

All children now enrolled into an academy...all very excited to start-January 13th! Not long now!
