Tag Rugby We are delighted to inform you that our Rugby team have successfully made it through to the county finals. Their next match was at Macclesfield Rugby Club on Thursday 22nd October. Many thanks to Mr Moss for training our winning team.

In October Year 5 and Year 6 pupils took part in the first Quiz Kids competition atLysander High School. After two hours of a very close competition our Year 6 team won with a fantastic score of 212. Many thanks to the parents for their support and to Mrs Waton and Mrs de Prez for giving up their time to support the children.
International School Award
In recognition of our links with our partner school in Nevers, France and of our continuing support of languages in the Curriculum, our school has recently been awarded an International School Award – Foundation Level. We are very proud to receive this award and hope to continue to build on what we have already achieved. In October we had a special visitor. Mme C Garima visited us from Ecole Albert Camus A.
