Box Tops for Books
Please help us to collect the tokens from Nestlé cereal boxes. These tokens can be exchanged for books to go into the school library. Please post your tokens in the collection boxes located in Mrs Dodd’s working area. Thank you.

ESFA Football Northern Regional Finals
Newcastle upon Tyne - 10th March.
The boys represented the school and County finishing the competition as runners-up. What an achievement!
Thank you to all the parents/helpers who transported the children and went along to cheer them on.
A POLITE REQUEST
As parents/carers are aware our school is situated in the centre of a rural village and it is our intention at all times to be considerate and courteous to our neighbours. It has however been highlighted that some vehicles when dropping off/collecting children have been parking on the grass verges that run along the front of properties, which has resulted in the verges becoming damaged. We would therefore ask that parking be restricted to the road at all times, not blocking driveways which may result in restricted access or exit for residents. (We do have an on-call doctor living on Mather Drive who may require an emergency exit at any time!) Also when there is congestion outside of the school please could you arrange for your child to be dropped off/collected further along the road? Your cooperation regarding this matter would be very much appreciated.

We're delighted to announce that Tesco for Schools & Clubs is back for 2010 with vouchers available in store and with online grocery orders from Monday 1st of March!
Remember to ask for your Garden For Schools Vouchers if you spend £10 or more at any Strikes/Klondyke Garden Centre. Winnington is our nearest participating Garden Centre.
