CHERRY GROVE PTA Cherry Grove has an enthusiastic PTA in operation. They have proved to be ambitious and dynamic, having organised exciting fundraising events which have raised huge profits for the school.
Although there is currently a central group of parents and teachers running the PTA, each and every parent is automatically a PTA member by virtue of their child being a pupil at Cherry Grove school, accordingly there is an open invitation to all parents of Cherry Grove children to participate in planning and organising events. In only this year, the PTA has boosted school profits by thousands of pounds, allowing the purchase of much needed playground fencing, updated book storage, an events noticeboard, and a professional sound system for use in the main hall, which has greatly enhanced the quality and enjoyment of the weekly 'Sharing assemblies'.
