Overview The Dance department aims to motivate, inspire and educate students in the skills of performing, choreographing and appreciating Dance.
Students can opt for GCSE Dance in Year 10 and A level Dance. Units of work are devised to excite students, encouraging good team work and original creative work to be produced. Although Dance lessons are practically based, students view professional works in lessons and use them as a tool to develop choreographic and appreciation skills.
