Our school cook Mrs Harrington, prepares freshly cooked food every day for the children. There is a weekly roast dinner and a daily supply of fresh salad, fruit and yoghurt. Mrs Harrington also designs special menus for themed days following the yearly calendar, e.g. Chinese New Year, St. Patrick's Day, Red Nose Day, Halloween and of course Christmas. Other themed days are inspired by our class topic work - the children research food associated with their topics and provide suggested menus to Mrs Harrington which she develops into a special menu. Themed days have included a Roman Feast, a Wartime meal and a Teddy Bear's Picnic.
