M r H u g h e s
Our class is taught by Mr Hughes, who joined us in 2009 from Gorsey Bank. Mr Hughes is interested in languages, Literacy and sport and is the PE Coordinator.
Class 10 is a mixed Year 5 and Year 6 class where we work hard and most things we do are fun. Our class have already started learning lots of new and exciting things, so please come back soon to see some of our completed work.
During the Spring Term we have been comparing Bollywood and Hollywood, learning about light and sound in Science, building musical instruments in D&T and improving our running, jumping and throwing skills in PE.
Well done to the current 'Star of the Week', Josh Parkinson, who won the award for his hard work in Numeracy.
Sadly, Ali Ezzedine will be leaving Class 10 this term. He has been a cheerful, popular and hardworking member of the class and an important part of the Upper Junior Boys football team. His family are moving to Sierra Leone and we wish them all well.
