 The School Family Picnic was introduced to promote healthy and sociable eating habits to children and their parents.
It has now become an annual event where children across the school are joined by members of their family or friends for an outdoor picnic (weather permitting!).
Children who normally have school dinners are provided with a healthy picnic and visitors bring along their own supplies and picnic rugs.
It is a lovely opportunity to share the school lunch break with your child/ren and their friends.
The 2010 picnic took place in July. Unfortunately it had to be an indoor picnic due to bad weather but it was still enjoyed by all. |
