We had a great time on Chinese day. We had a lovely visitor called Charlotte who came in to help us learn.The children in reception learned how to say hello (nee hao) and tried on lots of chinese costumes.  Years 1 and 2 tried chinese Frangipani fruits and everyone was given their very own chopsticks to try and eat with!

Years 3 and 4 learned how to count to 10 with Charlotte and made chinese lanterns.We also learnt how to write nee hao. In years 5 and 6 learned how to have a short conversation and then how to count to 10 as well as write the numbers.
