If you are looking for focus, I would have to say that energy reduction in school would be a good start, energy is also now a compulsory part of the Eco Schools award.

New Energy Saving Guidance
How many PCs do you have in school 30, 40, 100? Do you know how much you would save annually if these were always switched off? Answer: £5/PC.
What could you buy for £150, £200, £500?
The Carbon Trust has created a very useful document for schools to follow. Find energy information, hints, tips and much more in this document and feel free to contact Sarah Urmson for further guidance.
