Reception Class Admissions - September 2013
The application process for school places for September 2013 began on 1st September 2012 and closes on 15th January 2013. Paperwork has been distributed by Cheshire East Borough Council to the residents living within our catchment area, whose children are due to start school in September 2013. If you do not live within our catchment area, and would like to apply for a place at Hermitage for your child, please contact the Council directly.
Applications for Hermitage have to be made directly to Cheshire East Borough Council - admissions are no longer dealt with by school itself. Cheshire East residents will be able to apply online via the Council's website. Information Booklets, with application forms included, will be available on request by contacting the Council.
We will be holding an Open Morning on Tuesday 6th November 2012 between 9.30am and 11.00am. This is an opportunity to meet with the Headteacher and Governors of the school. Tours of the school will start at approximately 9.45am and 10.30am. You do not need an appointment - please feel free to just come along and see what we do!
Applications for in-year admissions at Hermitage must be made to Cheshire East Borough Council.

The Council will be able to advise parents about whether we have spaces in our classes but if you would like to speak to the school directly please feel free to give us a ring on 01477 532838. We will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to come and have a look round our school.
If you have been unsuccessful with an application for a place at Hermitage, you have a legal right of appeal to an independent appeals panel against the decision made by the admitting authority not to offer you a place in line with your preference. Appeals forms are available via Cheshire East Borough Council's website.
