SCHOOL LUNCHES
School lunches are provided by Cheshire East. Cheshire East are committed to healthy eating for children and work in partnership with our school to promote the health and welfare of our pupils. Cheshire East strive to provide fresh and exciting menus for your child:
PAYMENT
Hermitage Primary use Cheshire East’s E-Payment system which enables parents to pay for items such as school dinners and trips online using a credit/ debit card. This system makes it easier for parents to make payments and reduces the risk of money going missing between home and school.
The system is very easy to use and full instructions are available in the user guide which can be found on the School Shop Webpage. You will be asked to enrol yourself on the system and then you will be able to input your child/children’s details. There will be a list of categories that you can choose from before selecting the items that you wish to purchase.

If you do not have access to a computer, please make the school office staff aware who can then authorise payment by cheque or by cash but please be aware that school will not be held responsible for any cash that is lost between home and school.
Dinner money should be paid either weekly or half-termly. It is Cheshire East’s policy that dinner monies are paid for in advance. If £20.00 or more is outstanding per family, letters are sent to parents and if the outstanding balance is not cleared within the timescale given, it is necessary that the school ceases to provide school dinners until payment is received.
