Human Planet
Human Planet is the topic were we explore the world in which we live. We will be learning about 4 different areas - the Rainforest, the Polar regions, the Mountainous regions and the Oceans. During our topic work we will be investigated the different weather patterns in these regions, finding out about the lives of those who live in these areas as well as discovering the different range of plants and animals that live across the world.
