It was good to see so many people at our OPEN MORNING which was held on a beautiful, sunny, Saturday morning at the beginning of March.

OFSTED 2012 reports that children make
"outstanding progress in our Early Years Foundation Stage class"!

We are delighted that our 2012 SATs results show a marked improvement!
100% of the children who sat the Reading test achieved L4 and above and 64% of those achieved L5!
In Writing 91% of the children who sat the test achieved L4 and above and 18% of those achieved L5.
In Maths 92% of the children who sat the test achieved L4 and above and 25% of those achieved L5.
Overall this shows an upward trend in the school's KS2 results!

Improvement of the premises
Plans are being made to replace the old KS2 toilets during the Summer holidays, as we have at last secured funding! This is part of the third part of our development plan, Phase 3.
We are continuing to raise money towards Phases 3 and 4 of our premises development project, also involving creating an all year all weather walking/joging path round the field, replacement of the septic tank and much more. Phases 1 and 2 have been successfully completed, creating a new classroom, extended hall and a library. New rear fencing is also now in place and improvements to the playground are being made in the early part of the Summer Term.
Bubbles
is our flexible pre-school. Parents can now book their 3 or 4 year old child in from 8 til 6 (using BOOST 2 for before and after school care), or from 9 - 3.30, including lunchtime by combining their 'free' Nursery sessions with 'paid for' Bubbles sessions. ,
