The Maths Faculty

The Maths Faculty aims to ensure that every student maximises their potential in gaining the maths skills they need for their future.

Maths courses are changing to emphasise the practical application of maths to real life situations, as employers see this as a vital skill. A strong understanding of mathematics is an essential part of many college courses and careers. It is also increasingly important in the financial and technical aspects of everyday life.
