ICT coordinators, subject leaders or leaders of eLearning (and assessment coordinators) from primary schools.
Learning outcomes
Understand National Curriculum levels in ICT.
Content of sessions
You will have the opportunity to examine a number of samples of work in ICT and attempt to assign a level, and suggest what might be done next so that the child can make further progress. There will also be an opportunity for staff to level work from their own school.
Learning Platform training
This year training sessions will be once a month on a Thursday morning on specific topics (though so far topics have only been set for the autumn term). Staff who attend the training sessions will have the option of staying to work during the afternoon at the eLearning workshop.
The courses are open to all BwD school and local authority staff who use the platform. There is no charge. All the sessions are limited to a maximum of ten attendees and will take place at BwD CLC, Witton Park site, running from 9:15 until 12:15 (coffee available from 9 am).
