Welcome to Pearl Class

Mrs Hollows is teaching Pearl class at the moment.

Happy New Year! 2011 is here-it's going to be a busy term....starting with our new topic'Fairies and Frogs'. You can help your child by reading lots of traditional and fairy stories at home with them. Borrow the books from the local library or borrow them from the school library, or even try telling them from your own memory...that's how many traditional stories were told in the first place!

PE is on Wednesday and Thursday. Please send your child with a kit on these days and on any days that they do sports clubs.

Library day is Monday, so please send in library books on that day.

Home reading books should be sent in every day- we try to change books when your child has finished one and you have signed to indicate they are ready to move on.

If you can spare any time to listen to readers in Pearl class please see me as soon as possible, so that we can arrange CRB clearance.
