School Council comprises of children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. All children are voted onto school council by their year group and meet regularly to plan fundraising activities, share ideas, and help to move the school forward. Look at the table below to find out what they have done during previous years.

Ear-ring policy reviewed. School Council wrote to the governors to ask for the earring policy to be reviewed. Small stud earrings are now allowed.	Mirrors in the girls toilets. School council approached the Headteacher and Maintenance officer to request new mirrors in our newly refurbished toilets.	Goalposts for playtimes. School council approached the Headteacher, PTA and Health and Safety Officers to request funding and permission to buy and use goal posts at playtime for football. Goalposts are planned for September 2010
Children in Need Money raised over £300.00 (November 2009, 2010)	Playground Equipment Money raised. Bought plants and created a new Quiet Garden	Meeting with other school councils.
