Welcome to Park Lane School
A Specialist School for Communication and Interaction

We would like to introduce you to Park Lane School, to share our aims and the ways in which we work to enable our pupils to achieve success. This is achieved through the pupils’ hard work, determination and perseverance accompanied by the high expectations and commitment of all the staff.
The School is situated on a large modern campus alongside a 6th Form College, an F.E. College and a High School. In order to extend our pupils’ learning opportunities, our KS4 pupils have a classroom base in the High School and our 6th Form pupils have a classroom/daily living skills area in the 6th Form College.
Parents and Carers are our partners in their child’s education. We work together to ensure every child has the maximum opportunity to achieve their potential.
We have strong links with local Primary and Secondary Schools which further enables us to ensure our pupils gain a range of educational and social experiences which further enhances their learning. As a Specialist School we offer our knowledge and expertise to other schools, making us fully part of the educational community within Macclesfield and beyond. |
