Traffic
Information
There is significant
disruption in Poynton at the current time due to major alterations on Park
Lane.
We anticipate that
school buses may be delayed both arriving and departing from school and felt it
was therefore appropriate to give advance notice of this to parents and students.
Parents of our new
Year 7 students should reassure children that they will not be in
trouble with us if they are late to school as a result of these traffic issues.
If you will be using
a car to bring your child to school, please could you try to offer a shared
lift service if possible so that fewer vehicles are in the area. If you do live
within walking distance of the school, it may be advisable to avoid using the
car on the ‘school run’.
