Vicky Leary - Outreach Teacher
Vicky set up the Exclusion Base at Gilbrook School which provides an alternative education base for excluded pupils and currently works full time for the outreach team.
She has taught in mainstream primary and secondary schools and in secondary special schools since 1989, and at Gilbrook since 2005.
Outreach Teaching Assistants
Gilbrook Teaching Assistants have a vast range of experience in Behaviour Management Strategies due to their prior work experiences and their employment at Gilbrook school. A team of 4 TAs have a duel role working at Gilbrook and supporting Outreach. At any one time 2 TAs are available for outreach placements.
