Gilbrook School > Outreach > Impact
The impact of the service is reported on by schools via a selection of Evaluation forms.

We require schools to rate usefulness; what worked well; what could be improved on and whether the intervention prevented or delayed an exclusion, where applicable.

Comments on the impact for the staff, pupil or school as a whole are recorded and used to evaluate and improve the service.

For example, schools say:

"Transformed the practice of the staff involved. The children have clear strategies in place."

"Staff working in a solution focused way. A mayor difference was noted and children who were ‘beyond’ were now regularly in green zone."

Re: Peer mediation Training

"Improved playground interaction – less disputes reaching teachers"

" Made a considerable difference – children were using the training to sort out their own problems."

Re: MDA training

 MDA’s "

Re: Circle of Friends
