We looked at global environmental issues such as;
As part of our Design & Technology lessons we made bags out of recycled magazines, catalogues, and fabrics of our choice. We learned the skill of weaving, which we found quite tricky to begin with! However, as time went on, we learned that commitment and perseverance led to products which we were all extremely proud of! We plaited old carrier bags to make new handles and loop fastenings on our own bag designs.
