A Respectful Community

Our school has a firm Christian foundation. We seek to build a community based on love and care for the individual where there is mutual respect and shared goals for everyone.

A Stimulating Environment

Our aim is to present children with a stimulating environment, to provide, whenever possible, first-hand experiences and to place learning in a context which enables the child to relate knowledge and understanding to practical, purposeful activities. We work towards enriching their views of the world and their contribution to the community and society at large.

We encourage our children to be self-motivated and to develop self discipline, to care for people and property and, increasingly, to take responsibility for areas of their own learning.

A Whole Approach

We aim to develop the whole child and to encourage personal excellence in all activities: cultural, recreational, social and academic.

As a school, we celebrate children’s individual and group achievements and we encourage and acknowledge excellent work, good manners, tolerance, politeness and good behaviour.

We believe in positive rewards and our house system encourages the children to develop a group identity and to work together for a common cause.
