The children in Year 5 have done some exciting work on the Bible. (see pictures).
In addition year four are making a visit on Monday 1st June to learn about all the objects inside of the church as part of their Year four curriculum.
Year four are having a visit to the Congregational Church on Thursday May 14th to compare and contrast the two churches.
We have regular visitors in school from Christianity and other Faiths.
We regularly attend our parish church of St.Peters, Darwen. Please see pictures below. Our next visit is May 21st at 10.00 a.m. This is going to be lead by Year 5 at our school and St.Peters. We will be celebrating Ascension.
