Mossley’s Eco Friends are finding out about habitats for insects, especially butterflies. They are researching where the places beastlies might like to hibernate after the summer months and will shortly be designing and making their own suitable homes in time for winter. The Friends are especially interested in butterflies and what we can do to help them to increase their numbers. We are going to start by finding out what they like to eat, what plants they needs to survive and how we can grow those plants in the school grounds.
