Year One also enjoyed learning all about the history of coffee as part of Fairtrade Week.
As part of our topic this term we have been learning about Toys from the Past and Present. In March, Year 1 and Year 2 went to Weaver Hall in Northwich and thoroughly enjoyed leaning more about Old and New Toys and getting to play with some of them.
The class have been studying the works of famous Cheshire-born artist Andy Goldsworthy, who makes his artworks from natural materials, often in the open air. Learn more about him using the picture links below.
