Safeguarding
Wirral Schools' Music Service only works with respected instrumental/vocal tutors who are interviewed and auditioned before being appointed. All teaching staff have enhanced CRB disclosures and complete safeguarding training with Wirral Council. Please download a copy of the Safeguarding certificate on the left hand side if your school requires it.
All Music Service tutors will be subject to at least one quality assurance visit per year in school from a senior member of staff. Staff will also be visited in school as part of the performance management process. The service is committed to providing support and guidance for all its staff and provides Continuous Professional Development to the highest standard.
