Wildlife Area Pond Completed
After
a lot of hard work over the half-term holiday, the pond in the Wildlife
Area is now complete. Mrs Denley-Samson and Mrs Gibson, with able
support from their children and Mrs White, our eco-coordinator, lined
the pond with sand, put a special pond liner in place, then filled it
with water. To keep everyone safe we ordered a special pond cover, with
hatches that swing back to allow pond-dipping, and this arrived and was
fitted on Monday June 6th. Now all we need is some wildlife to make a
home there!
