Mrs Kelly and team receive Golden Apple Award
On 8 Dec 2009, the school kitchen was awarded the Golden Apple Award by Cheshire East Council. The Golden Apple Award Scheme recognises businesses in the food service sector that make it easier for children to choose healthier meals. It is awarded to establishments that:
make the food on offer for children generally healthier by making broad changes to how food is prepared and served. help parents and children make informed choices about food by identifying healthier foods.
