What to expect during your appointment |

| 1. Your mentor is there to listen to you and will not take over the meeting.
2. Everything you say will be confidential, but it won't be a secret. If you tell the mentor something that makes them seriously worry about your well-being then they may tell their supervisor. This is likely to be Miss Wilson or Miss Heslop.
3. They will not laugh at you or say that you are being silly. They will try to help you to sort out your problem. If they cannot help you (very unlikely) then they may suggest that you talk to a member of the pastoral staff instead.
4. The mentors will record the time and date of the appointment and your name. THEY WILL NOT write down everything that you say and they WILL NOT discuss the appointment or your problem with anyone other than Miss Wilson.
