Professional Development Portfolio
A Professional Development Portfolio is a confidential and voluntary collection of material that records and reflects the work you have undertaken.  It is a way of using past experiences and present activities to:
  • demonstrate and reflect on skills learned
  • identify future learning needs and priorities
  • informa and plan prospective learning development

It provides a mechanism, together with your performance managment review, for thinking about your work practice in a planned and systematic way.

Working Successfully with Supporting Adults A flexible resource that is designed to support schools in increasing and enhancing effective team workng between those who lead learning and teaching activities and those who support them, in order to maximise positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
