The new school building opened - on time - on Thursday 8 July.
It is truly a fantastic spectacle – equipped with all the best in modern learning – and represents a new step for the school in dynamic, modern learning. In September, the community areas including a fully-equipped multi-gym – will open under Warrington Leisure and we will become a true campus school.
New facilities include:
· A spectacular hall with 300 seats and fully equipped for all form of performances
· A Sports Hall
· A “street” restaurant including a café for sixth formers
· Comfortable and well-resourced sixth form facilities
· A conference centre
· Fantastic learning spaces for Science and Technology
· A colourful “homely” learning resource area
We are proud of the facilities we can now offer all students at the school. They can benefit from a genuinely 21st century education.
Students are exploring their new surroundings with great interest. We will also hope to offer tours to parents in September.
