Excellent Customer Service Discovery

Our BAF pupils have been finding all about Customer Services at one of the area’s leading hotels. Tracey Wilkinson, the Conference & Events Sales Manager at the Portal Hotel in Tarporley, spent the day with our pupils explaining the importance of customer service at the hotel.

She gave the pupils some excellent information and some fascinating case studies. We found out all about the needs and expectations of some of the hotel’s celebrity guests and what the hotel does to ‘surprise and delight’ its customers at the hotel, spa and golf course.
