I am delighted to welcome you to our Virtual Learning Environment.We are proud to have established a reputation for excellence over a number of years and are determined to continue to provide an outstanding education for all of our children. Our aim is to create a safe, happy and secure learning environment to enable all children to achieve their full potential. When our children leave at the end of Year 6, we want them to be confident, responsible citizens with a love of learning and a desire to contribute positively to society. Our priority is always for the individual child and we seek to encourage both academic and personal development through structured, meaningful and enjoyable activities. The principles of care,courtesy and consideration are central to our school ethos and it is through these values that both children and adults thrive. We are proud of our achievements and continue to have high expectations for each child in every aspect of their work. Whilst we embrace modern technology, we actively promote the school’s traditional values in order that the children have a genuine sense of community. I believe strongly that the success of any organisation depends on everyone within it working together towards the same goal. This is particularly important in a school. I am extremely proud of the fact that at Greasby Junior School parents and staff work together to enable all children to achieve their potential.
